Junior Implementation Engineer
We are seeking a presentable candidate as a Junior Implementation Engineer to work within the Customer Project Delivery Team to successfully implement technical solutions for our customers. The successful candidate will work directly with our project managers and field technician team to complete all customer site installations.
Duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Complete all necessary remote configurations required for a customer site installation.
- Assist field technicians to successfully implement a customer solution on site.
- Build up a good knowledge base of all customer solutions.
- Work with the Pre Sales Team to ensure the successful handover of a new customer solution.
- Provide progress reports to the project managers of installations during a customer rollout or project.
- Escalate any protentional errors in a customer configuration template to the Field Application Engineers (FAE).
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Information Technology Diploma or CCNA
- N+
- Linux experience
- Solid experience and understanding of LAN’s and WAN’s
- Minimum 2years relevant working experiencing
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
