The team will take care of roll out project requirements, facilitating professional deployment of new hardware and services. Roll out & project progress is constantly communicated through detailed progress reports and quality assurance.
After a successful roll out, Metacom will maintain and support each element of the end-to-end solution, ensuring superb uptime. Our clients have full visibility of the process through an integrated ticketing system, coupled with our unique on-line dashboard, Metacom Online - providing you with real-time insight into your network and usage thereof.

Together with the SSC team, we have a team of Field Technicians and a dedicated team of Support Engineers in place to support and maintain Metacom hardware and services.
